Milk from pasture-rasesd cows gives our butter a rich golden colour and a characteristic, creamy butter flavour that provides an unmistakable dairy richness to pastry and baked goods.

Because it comes from predominantly grass-fed cows in our unique West Coast environment our pure creamery butter has a rich golden colour and distinctive flavour. Our butter is naturally high in nutrients, containing omega 3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), Vitamin E and Beta carotene. It offers a smoother consistency that holds together, delivering superior performance in baking.
