Nutritional science

Our team of nutritional product specialists are experts in the field of infant and toddler nutritional product formulation and development. Our team works closely with customers creating individual formulations and recipes, and optimising products. Our team employs world class practices to support development, commercialisation and management of these infant and toddler nutrition products.

Product technical team

We have a team of qualified process engineers, food technologists and analytical scientists who provide the linkage between the scientific teams, customers, and production. Turning ideas into reality, this team is responsible for implementing new products and processes, solving and optimising commercial manufacture product challenges, and working with customers to meet specific processing requirements.

FMCG

We have a core team of food technology scientists who focus on the development and commercialisation of our Westgold branded and Contract products for retail and foodservice. They work closely with customers to ensure the delivery of their specific product needs. We have the flexibility and agility within our team to work with customers.

Scientific research

Our team provides core scientific expertise. In applying their scientific knowledge and analytical expertise they undertake detailed research projects and collaborate with external partners to develop innovative scientific, product and process solutions.
